Every candidate in the Forrest County races attended the Judicial Campaign meeting, with the exception of Win Pittman, who was rear-ended while on the way to the meeting. Typically for these sorts of affairs, there was little coordination, and the three groups giving the presentation contradicted each other on important points of election law and electioneering practice. The Special Committee will be giving advisory opinions, though, so at least we can ask for permission rather than forgiveness.

The campaign is about to kick into high gear. This afternoon we strategize, set up P.O. Boxes, bank account, etc.
